comfortable enjoyable stay

Staff here are so friendly and helpful, except for one person who seemed to be the manager and wasn't very accommodating. the English breakfast served here is top-notch, with a fantastic variety of options to choose from! 🍳 

We liked the locality, the ambience and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.

The room was really nice and had AC, plus the pillows were so comfy I slept like a baby 😴.

This place is a fantastic historic hotel with a great central location close to restaurants, with well-appointed brand-new rooms and spacious bathrooms.

Staff were helpful and responsive to needs. Hotel was in a very good location near the centre of the city.

Not the hotel's fault but we were forced to leave before our second night (familly emergency) and we were charged an extra £128 for the privelage of cancelling. I was absolutely disgusted but did not have time to argue.

This place offers a special stay with a team of very caring staff, from the manager to the serving staff, in rooms that are both traditional and recently renovated.

Good old fashioned comfortable hotel. A large light room, very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast served by polite and well trained staff. Prime position within easy walking distance of the town, shops and sea. 

Super convenient location, just a quick stroll away from lovely gardens and parks. the breakfast here was on point - piping hot and super satisfying. They had a good variety on offer, like toast, a tasty sausage, and some 

I was not informed that the health club was closed when booking, and this is a priority for me when choosing a hotel. The girl on the desk was helpful but did not have acurate information as to the location of the alternative swimming facilities which led to me walking for 40 mins in the wrong direction!
