Charming location with warm staff

Having stayed for 1 night in a Family Room, I appreciated the warm pool and the helpful staff who made our visit comfortable. The room was spacious and the location was perfect, just a short walk to local activities. the bathroom amenities could use an update for a more modern feel.

Floors very very creeky.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious with comfortable beds. There is a great health club (although only a small pool) and a lovely beauty salon next door. Good choice at breakfast. 

We stayed in the Family Room for three nights. The room was spacious and lovely, which was great for our family. Beds were super comfy, and the decor had this fun regal vibe! The cleanliness stood out too. I did hear some complaints about outdated features from others, but we had a good experience overall. The pool was nice after a day out.

Near to BIC for the concerts

Staff helpful, but the pool looked dirty and uninviting. Rooms clean with good toiletries. Good location near attractions.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff a re friendly and helpful. My room was well equipped (the enormous corner bath was an unexpected treat!) and peaceful.

Clean room, spacious room, featuring a lovely indoor swimming pool and a convenient 24-hour reception for any last-minute needs.

Everything was fantastic.

the hotel was very lavish and we were made welcome when we entered the hotel. bed was very large and so comfortable. defiantly somewhere i would recommend staying again.

the people staying here obviously had a lot of money and they looked at us funny when we walked through the hotel. parking was expensive but we were able to park out the front of the hotel. prices in the bar were expensive.

This hotel is situated superbly for access to the shopping centre and the beautiful gardens as well as to some excellent eating establishments for this box and the one below does not allow for any amendments to text _therefore I am terminating this response. Very ANNOYING!guests 

The location is fantastic, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. the decor could really use some attention, and the housekeeping missed cleaning my room on one occasion. it was a comfortable experience despite a few shortcomings.

Charming Spot with Cozy Vibes!

We enjoyed a lovely evening at the hotel, particularly the delightful restaurant that served exquisite local dishes. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, despite the minor hiccup with our room’s temperature. Future guests should definitely try the breakfast buffet. it’s a fabulous start to your day!

The position is perfect for town centre ,gardens and beach

Noise at night, we had aroom on front it was noisier at 3 in morning than 8

Charming old-school vibes

Just back from 2 nights and I gotta say, the staff were super friendly and polite! The family room was spacious and had all the essentials. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with fresh cooked food. The only bummer was the small pool, could use a little TLC but overall a nice place to unwind.
