would like to stay longer

The family room had spacious accommodations with a comfy sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a shower. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. Breakfast offered a mix of hot and cold dishes, but was a bit pricey. The staff were friendly, making check-in easy and pleasant.

The staff were friendly and eager to assist, making my solo trip more enjoyable. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and easy to navigate, enhancing my overall experience.

Breakfast was disappointing this time.

Extremely friendly staff in all areas, nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable beds and the bedding was just right.

Very noisy on the Saturday night, til about 3 on Sunday morning!

The swimming pool was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a day out! Clean and modern room made for a comfy stay.

Fair pricing for the room. the food is absolutely amazing, I really loved the continental breakfast! 🌟

The welcome from the receiption staff, standard of the room and quality of the breakfast. Safe and secure parking was also of particular interest to us. Good position, easy for town and beach.

The hotel is in a perfect location near shops and Bournemouth Town Hall. the beach restaurant serves amazing food with lovely staff.

This place is charming, classy, with exceptionally helpful staff providing excellent service.

The rooms are really variable. My colleague was staying in a lesser room (standard) and it was actually better than my executive! It had a flat screen tv in comparison to the box in our executive. Another collegue was also in a lesser room ( standard) 

The location, to the beach and the shops, plus the transport.

The continental breakfast here is top-notch, especially the pastries and fresh fruit—so delicious! the staff did a good job and seemed pretty capable. They even took care of parking for us underground! 🥐
