The hotel's charming and elegant atmosphere, along with its attentive staff, made for a delightful stay. the room was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a spacious closet, a cozy lounge area, and an iron. 

only one night but most impressed with the retention of the architechture,comfort,value, the breakfast possibly one of the best experienced due to little "touches"mushrooms best ever!!!room very good too.Cant wait to come back. 

The room had a comfortable bed in a small double room with plenty of storage space, a cozy lounge, and adjustable room temperature, and the breakfast served in the lounge area was delicious.

The Norfolk Royale Hotel is a high-class property with a classic charm. the staff are competent and helpful in assisting with any enquiries. - the double room is well-equipped with a large wardrobe, lounge area, and a hair dryer. 

A lovely hotel close to the shops and a short walk through the gardens to the beach.

The double room was air-conditioned and equipped with all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay.

The room was very spacious and comfortable - especially the bed. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff

The body wash in the bathroom was almost empty.

I had a fantastic stay here, with top-notch service and a delicious continental breakfast in a cozy room equipped with armchairs, a lounge, and an iron.

It had a bed where I could sleep

I was disappointedin additional sums added to my bill I stayed there because there was an offer a friend joined me at breakfeast and beacause he had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs £ 20 was added to my account which I thought was steep

The location is fantastic, being right near a food mall with tons of restaurant choices, as well as easy access to a shopping mall and the Christmas market.

This venue offers a top-class experience with a stunning location near the town center and good services, where breakfast is served in the lounge area.

The hotel fully matched my expectations in terms of location, facilites and service. The hotel looks the part as an iconic building in a brilliant location. It is warm and welcoming. It delivers at every level. I look forward to returning. 

Fresh air-conditioned rooms that are newly renovated, featuring clean and comfy bedding. Plus, the bathroom setup here is a great example of their attention to detail! 🌟
